About Warming Rule Types

Warming rule types define categories of heating rules that can be applied to different place types:

  • Comfort - Normal comfort temperatures for occupied areas
  • Economy - Reduced temperatures for energy savings
  • Frost Protection - Minimum temperatures to prevent freezing
  • Away Mode - Reduced heating when premises are unoccupied
  • Night Mode - Lower temperatures during nighttime

Each rule type can have multiple specific rules defining temperature thresholds and schedules.
